Washington Avenue Condominiums are in downtown Bayfield at the corner of 1st Street and Washington Avenue, just a few steps to the Madeline Island Ferry landing, a beach and kayak rentals, and just 1-4 blocks from coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, museums, the library, boat charters and marinas. The Iron Bridge Trail is up the hill on Washington Avenue. Walk to everything!

The condos have large windows and balconies with Lake Superior or garden views. The building is also home to Superior Body Massage & Spa and Captain’s Deli & Spirits.

For each condo there is private off-street parking, with additional parking on 1st Street and on Washington Avenue.

Well maintained and well appointed. Even more spacious and comfortable than we were expecting from the photos. Everywhere in Bayfield is close; we didn't use our car at all while in town. Recommended!

We very much enjoyed staying at the Washington Condo. The condo was very clean and in a great location with easy access to the waterfront and downtown. Check-in process and access to the condo was very easy.

Spacious, airy, very comfortable, quiet, clean and in very good condition. The condo is very well stocked. Marine decor is cute. Nice small deck perfect for families or small groups of friends. 1 1/2 blocks from the Madeline ferry, lots of food and shopping options nearby.

Many thanks to Jon Armstrong, his family and Apostle Island Rentals for allowing us to stay at Washington Condo #203 during Mother's Day weekend. We had a wonderful time. The condominium is well maintained, furnished and equipped. The view of Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands is awesome. We will definitely return!
